  • Staffed Hours $45*

  • Due to COVID19 we are implementing 6 MONTH MINIMUM CONTRACTS

Personal training packages available (Rates vary)

  • Our seasoned trainers are IFBB pro bodybuilders with over 40 years of combined experience, who specialize in bodybuilding and weight loss to get you in the best shape of your life.  They also can get you prepped for your next competition.
